Edit: First place in the :iconichiruki-club: contest!! :D Thank you all!!

The theme is Tanabata (Night of the Seventh). I just changed up the title because it sounded more romantic I suppose. :)

I love how this one turned out - their kimono patterns are just from random patterns on Google images. Oh! You'll also see the water lilies from Rukia's childhood! :meow: Seven of them, representing each month. Okay so to be honest, Tanabata doesn't seem to have anything to do with IchiRuki and I uh...^^; don't actually like connecting them with legends but hell a contest is a contest! :onfire: Lol okay so I really just wanted to use that emoticon...>.>'

Now WHY WON'T SEPTEMBER 30TH COME AND GIVE US FADE TO BLACK ALREADY!??! :eager: :dummy: :tantrum:

And I hope Kubo-sensei will at least let us SEE Rukia or Ichigo soon. :saddrunk: Aw now I'm just being spoiled. :sarcasm:

Well anyways, I mourn the lack of green in my gallery so I'm working on a mostly green piece to widen the color spectrum. ;) Until then my friends!

Wow, I love their kimonos, and the effects of the lilies from rukias childhood look really pretty and glowy :D

Thank you! :hug: Well, in episode 32 was it, Renji told Ichigo after he lost the battle of Renji and Rukia's childhood. There was one scene in which Renji and the other childhood friends (all boys) were staring at Rukia who was wading in the water at suset. She was holding the floating lilies. Renji said how she sparkled with dignity and grace no matter what her surroundings were. :)
